Luis possesses extensive experience in the cruise and hospitality industry. His career began in 1986 with Premier Cruise Lines and then Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in Miami, FL USA. He held on board and shore side management positions with Crystal Cruises spanning 12 years. His expertise in port operations and development took shape while representing the line as Corporate Port Coordinator covering all regions of the globe.

Luis has also served as: National Director of Cruise Operations with Ultramar Express / TUI Spain based in Barcelona, Director of Cruise Operations Europe with Tumlare Corporation, Director of Cruise Operations with Kuoni Destination Management based in Copenhagen and held several positions with Hilton Hotels in England.
